Video Access Guide

Step 1 – Check Your Email

After your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive an email with a Google Drive download link. The subject line will be something like: “Your routine videos are ready!”

Step 2 – Open Your Link

Click the link in the email. This will take you directly to a Google Drive folder containing your video files. You can access this drive via mobile or desktop device.

Step 3 – Choose Your File

You’ll see two versions of your video:

4K Ultra HD (Best for large screens, TVs, and high-quality archiving.)

1080p HD (Best for sharing online, social media, or when you need a smaller file size.)

WHAT IS 4K VS 1080P?

4K Ultra HD

Resolution: 3840 × 2160 pixels (4x sharper than 1080p).

File Size: Larger (may be up to 1GB per routine).

Best for: Watching on big TVs, editing, or future-proof storage.

Not all phones or older laptops can smoothly play 4K video.

1080p HD

Resolution: 1920 × 1080 pixels.

File Size: Smaller (200–400MB per routine).

Best for: Social media, quick sharing, and mobile viewing.

Loads faster and takes less storage space.

Step 4 – Download Your Video

On a computer: Right-click the video file → Download.

On a phone/tablet: Tap the file → Tap the download icon (down arrow).

Save the file to your device (Camera Roll or Downloads folder).

Step 5 – Save Before Expiry

Your link will stay active for 30 days, but we keep a locked copy for 90 days just in case you forget to save it.

We recommend downloading and backing up your video as soon as you receive it.

Why does my video say “still processing?”

Video files are huge compared to photos! When your videos shows the message “still processing”, it means that playback via the online drive may not be ready for you to watch using the online drive player.
Sometimes this may not finish completely, due to the volume of videos uploading at once.
Don’t worry! This doesn’t mean that your video upload has failed, you can still download this video to your preferred device using the instructions above anytime.

If you’re having trouble downloading any files, please send us a message using form below and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
