1. No Refunds or Returns Policy

All purchases are final. Because our products and services are digital and custom-made (like dance routine videos and photography), we’re unable to offer refunds or returns once your order has been placed or delivered. In the event that a scheduled performance is cancelled due to illness, we are unable to refund your pre-order purchase. Please get in touch with our team to discuss some options for a store credit to use at your next comp!

If you experience any issues with your order—such as technical problems with the video files or download links—please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to fix the issue promptly.

2. Our Services: We provide photography, videography, and digital media services as described on our website. All products are delivered digitally unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment & Orders

  • Full payment is required before we deliver any videos or images.

  • Once a purchase is made, it’s considered final (see our No Refunds Policy).

  • Prices and packages may change from time to time but will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Delivery

  • Digital products (such as dance competition videos) are delivered via a secure online link within the stated delivery timeframe.

  • Please download and back up your files as links may expire after 30 days.

5. Usage Rights

  • All photos and videos are protected by copyright and remain the property of Emma Holbrook Media.

  • You’re granted a personal-use license to view, share, and download your media. Commercial use or resale isn’t allowed unless we’ve agreed to it in writing.

6. Liability

While we take every care to deliver your products on time, we can’t be responsible for delays caused by technical issues or factors outside our control. However we’ll make sure to get your videos delivered as fast as possible.
