1. How do I place an order for my videos?
You can order directly through this website by selecting the package that suits you best. Simply provide your details, and we’ll take care of the rest. No need to pre-order, you can scan the QR code at the comp and decide on the day!
Video orders are fulfilled - First in best dressed. If you need your video ASAP for auditions or for feedback at your next dance class, please pre-order before the event.
2. How will I receive my videos?
All videos are delivered via a secure online drive, with both 4K and 1080p files available for download. A personal download link will be emailed to you 24-72 hours after your performance. If you don’t see any of our emails in your inbox, please check your junk folder. All communication will be sent from: contact@emmaholbrookmedia.com.au
3. How long will my download link be available?
Your download link remains active for 30 days from the delivery date. We recommend saving your videos to your own device or cloud storage within this timeframe.
4. How quickly will I receive my videos?
Videos are typically delivered within 24–72 hours after your performance. Social Cut highlight reels may take a little longer - Allow up to 7 days for us to craft a nice highlight reel of all of your performances!
5. Is my footage private and secure?
Yes. All files are stored on a private, password-protected system. Only you (via your download link) have access to your videos. After the 30 day period all photos may be deleted from drives to clear space, so it’s always best to download to your preferred devices right away.
6. What are your terms for refunds or order changes?
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available once editing has begun. However, if you experience an issue with your files or download link, we’ll work with you to resolve it promptly.
7. Why does my video say “Still Processing?”
Video files are huge compared to photos. When your videos shows the message “still processing”, it means that playback via the online drive may not be ready for you to watch using the online drive player. Sometimes this may not finish completely, due to the volume of videos uploading at once. Don’t worry! This doesn’t mean that your video upload has failed, you can still download this video to your preferred device using the instructions above anytime.
